We will establish your goals, explain our process, and if it’s the Wright fit, schedule your Strategic Marketing Consultation.

2) Strategic Marketing Consultation

In all of about 90 minutes, we will cover your goals in further detail, the overall scope of your project and outline your personal step-by-step strategy for getting you the highest possible price in the fewest days on market, with the least amount of showings possible, and in the most efficient manner doing so. We will also cover the specifics you need to know for prepping your home, selling your property, all legal paperwork, scheduling your professional photo/video day, covering marketing documents we recommend to include in our listing, and important market stats to be aware of.

3) Pre-Listed Marketing Exposure Sampling

Once we have signed all paperwork, prepared your home so it’s shown in its best light, and photos have been taken, if market conditions suggest to do so, and your specific plan and timeline align, we will list your property as coming soon to start gauging interest via any attempts of contact and 3rd party saves, hearts, and interest volume. This will give us valuable insight to further tweak our strategy to maximize your results.

4) Listing & Next Steps

Provided we have not received any strong/suitable, at list, or above list offers during our marketing exposure sampling, we will list your property targeting qualified buyers who see the value your home offers. We will keep you informed along the journey as we work to get you what you really want…the highest possible price in the fewest days on market with the fewest number of showings/tours scheduled. Our proprietary approach includes ROI-based marketing and our systematic process for closing the sale of your property, so you get the results you deserve, without any of the stress that isn’t necessary, and you simply don’t need.
